Njabulo was recently registered as a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE). Prior to his joining Wealth Access Securities, he worked for First Securities and Bethel Equities. Prior to his licensing, Njabulo was part of the team which handled corporate transactions including Rights Issues and De-listings on the ZSE. The transactions include RTG and Econet Rights Issues together with the Offer to Minorities and the subsequent delisting of Astra Paints from the ZSE. He was also involved in all facets of running the stock broking firm, from back office to accounts, to dealing and compliance. He has 10 years’ experience in the stock broking industry and was responsible for compliance and IT at First Securities.
