Pastina is a holder of Certificate in theory of Accounting (CTA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting from Solusi University in 2014. She completed the required articles of Clerkship at AMG Global Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe in 2018. She has more than 4 years audit experience. Her background in audit include, separate, multinational and group audits reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public-Sector Standards (IPSAS) whilst applying the International Standards of Auditing (ISAs) and assisting clients with relevant laws including corporate governance and tax statues. Pastina Joined First Securities (Private) Limited in February 2019 as the Accountant and Administrator, a position she held until she joined WealthAccess Securities as its Accountant and Company Secretary in January 2020.
